Thomas Hassl joined BMO Global Asset Management in 2016. He is primarily responsible for developing and enhancing BMO GAM`s integration suite, including portfolio risk reports, company profiles, carbon foot printing and industry reports. He is also involved in marketing BMO’s range of responsible investment products and managing client relationships in Germany. Thomas also has industry responsibility for the Industrials sector and supports BMO GAM`s climate research. Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management, Thomas worked for the responsible investment research provider Sustainalytics, where he was conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of ESG-related themes. In addition, Thomas was also a member of Sustainalytics` product innovation team, designated to extent and further develop the product offering of the company. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Innsbruck as well as a Bachelors degree in Management and Economics. Thomas passed the level 2 CFA exam in June 2017.
