Simon McIntosh, MRICS, is an Asset Manager in the Offices team. He joined the group in 2003. Prior to this, Simon worked at Scottish Windows Investment Partnership as an Investment Manager where he was responsible for managing a number of their funds including the UK Balanced Property Trust and the Scottish Widows Life Fund. Whilst at SWIP he actively managed, bought and sold assets within the retail, industrial and office sectors. Simon began his career working for the City of Edinburgh Council. Simon has an honours degree in Estate Management.
