Prime high-street retail unit comprising 1,160 sqm located at a corner location on Paseo de Gracia, the dominant shopping street in Barcelona for luxury as well as mass-market retailers. Acquired in January 2016 from Adolfo Dominguez in a sale and leaseback transaction undertaken by REP on behalf of clients of its pan-European retail property investment fund. Since then, REP has successfully implemented an asset management programme, comprising the division of the store into two independent units and an enhancement of their specifications. We now have Adolfo Dominguez and Isabel Marant as tenants.
