Internship Programme
As a part of our 10-week Internship Programme, you can expect a variety depending on the projects(s) and department assignment. All Interns will be included in:
- Meaningful projects and tasks giving you the chance to add value from day one.
- Organisation-wide insight sessions to provide you with a holistic view of the industry.
- A range of training & development sessions, giving you the tools to kickstart your career.
- Attending internal and external meetings and social events, providing you the chance to network.
- Volunteering opportunities to give back to the local community.
Graduate Programme
As a graduate on our 24-month rotational programme, you’ll work with a leading global asset management group. As part of the programme, you’ll complete three rotations:
- The first 12-months rotation is in Global Research understanding fundament research and how it is key to the success of Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
- The final 12- months is split into two equal rotations within other departments across the investment organisation.
In addition to rotation specific responsibilities, for the first 12 months you will be part of the Investment 20/20 Trainee Programme and encouraged to complete CFA 1.
