John is Head of UK Real Estate for Columbia Threadneedle’s real estate investment management business. On the formation of Threadneedle Property Investments in the early 1994, John was appointed Head of Property Operations and later became the Company’s Finance Director. John’s role has since developed to include business strategy, corporate and fund finance, product development and property/investment management oversight, concluding in his promotion to Head of UK Real Estate in March 2018.
