Two newly-constructed, highly specified distribution warehouses within Derbyshire’s 200-acre Markham Vale regeneration scheme. Orion One extends to 225,000 sq ft leased to the National Lighting Company, while Orion Two provides 75,000 sq ft leased to Smurfit Kappa, with both units benefitting from A-rated EPCs and a BREEAM Very Good accreditation.
