Jo was appointed to the Board on 11 February 2015 and she is also chairman of the audit and management engagement committee.  She has substantial investment trust board experience and is currently a non-executive director of, Alliance Trust plc and Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc.  She is a director and trustee of Northumberland Pound Limited, a community benefit society.
