The development project is located in the prime northern logistics submarket of Bordeaux, just next to the port and the city centre, which is mainly used for last-mile distribution. This value-add investment was done with pre-leasing to a major French logistics operator during the construction phase at leasing conditions which were above the underwriting assumptions.
