Chris Nicoll, MRICS, is Head of Industrial & Logistics. He has 25+ years’ experience in the industrial and logistics sector dealing across the length and breadth of the UK, together with some exposure to the mainland European market. Chris and his team are responsible for the acquisition and asset management of manufacturing and distribution property, adding to existing 10M square foot already under management. Chris originally joined the group in 2005. Prior to that he worked in private practice specialising in business space agency. He then moved into the corporate sector acquiring and developing self storage centres before moving into commercial property asset management with St George. Chris is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.
